Fostering Change and Balance
As a licensed psychologist for 20 years, I've worked with adults at various life stages to increase awareness and understanding of the ways in which they think, feel and react. Such understanding and perspective, along with new coping skills, tends to reduce stress or anxiety, improve relationships and communication and change unhelpful habits. Many of the people I work with have an interest in the mindbody connection and are looking to add psychotherapy and lifestyle medicine to their self-care and wellness practices in order to achieve an optimal quality of life.
